Nym node mentor

The Nym node mentor grant is designed to support and expand the Nym global operator community. As the community grows, experienced node runners are encouraged to step into mentorship roles to guide new members in setting up and operating expert Nym nodes.
Responsibilities include:
● Keeping an eye on the node operator chats: Provide swift assistance to operators, share expert tips, and address questions promptly.● Keeping your community informed: Share all updates, operator-related news, and useful information in relevant channels.● Creating new tools to help operators: Develop scripts, guides, and resources to make node operation more accessible and efficient.● Sync-up with other mentors: Collaborate with fellow mentors by sharing ideas and participating in regular mentor calls.● Delegations program management: Track new delegation program applications in the CRM, conduct interviews, and report findings monthly.

Rewards
● Maximum reward: 10,000 $NYM
The grant lasts for a season (3 months) and can be renewed. Rewards are based on the completion of responsibilities and contributions to the community.

As part of this role, you will help manage the following community channels:
● Nym operators room on Matrix● Regional Nym Telegram chats● Global operator chats (Telegram & Discord)

● Proven experience in operator chats: Active contributors with a history of assisting members are given priority.● Strong node metrics: Successfully running a node demonstrates expertise and suitability for the role.● Active participation: Applicants must engage in regular mentor discussions and group calls.
