Nym Squad League (NSL) Code of Conduct
The Nym Squad League (NSL) is built on the principles of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for participation within the NSL community to ensure a welcoming and productive environment for all members.
● Inclusivity: We welcome members of all backgrounds, skill levels, and perspectives. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior is not tolerated.● Collaboration: Work together constructively, share knowledge, and support one another to achieve the goals of the NSL.● Integrity: Be honest, transparent, and fair in all activities and interactions.● Respect: Treat others with respect, whether in communication, feedback, or decision-making.
General Behavior:● Use respectful and inclusive language.● Be open to diverse opinions and constructive feedback.● Refrain from disruptive behavior, spamming, or other actions that hinder productive engagement.
Participation:● Actively contribute to discussions, voting, and program initiatives in a meaningful way.● Follow through on commitments to tasks or responsibilities.● Collaborate in a way that promotes mutual growth and success.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in all NSL spaces, including forums, events, and private communications:
● Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind.● Discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.● Spreading false information or engaging in dishonest activities.● Using offensive or abusive language.● Sharing sensitive or private information without consent.
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please take the following steps:
● Document: Note the details of the incident, including time, location, and involved parties.● Report: Submit your report to the NSL administration team.● Follow-Up: The NSL team will investigate reports promptly and confidentially, and take appropriate actions, which may include warnings, suspensions, or removal from the community.
The NSL administration reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct as follows:
● Warnings: Issued for minor violations, with advice for improvement.● Temporary Suspensions: For more serious or repeated violations.● Permanent Removal: For severe misconduct or repeated breaches of this Code.
This Code of Conduct is subject to periodic review and updates. Changes will be communicated to all members, and feedback is welcome to ensure it reflects the values of the NSL community.
