The Ranks of NSL
Nymster
Entry Level: Welcome to the Squad League! As a Nymster, you take the first step into the Nym community by engaging in events, discussions, and completing basic tasks.
Role Highlights:● Stay active in Nym community channels● Collect a minimum of 500 NSL points per season to maintain the rank● Participate in Nym events (community calls, quizzes)
Rewards & Access:● Access to NSL missions● Earn token rewards for contributions
Inactive Nymsters risk being pruned at the end of each season.
Nymja
Mid-Level: Nymjas are trusted members of the core community. They actively contribute through missions, content creation, and governance discussions.
Role Highlights:● Apply for community grants● Form active squads to execute missions● Organize or attend Nym events to represent the community● Participate in decision-making through governance
Rewards & Access:● Increased token rewards● Access to grants from the Squad Wealth Fund
Inactive Nymjas risk demotion to Nymster at the end of each season.
Shinobi
Top Level: The Shinobis are the elite contributors, deeply involved in the success of Nym. These members are leaders, innovators, and experts who drive the project forward.
Role Highlights:● Lead and mentor exemplary squads● Drive major projects to scale Nym’s impact● Establish Nym’s community presence in regions● Actively support and improve the NSL framework
Rewards & Access:● Fund for significant projects● Preferential access to Nym Innovation● Influence in shaping the NSL frameworkHigh-priority token rewards
Shinobis with minimal contributions may be demoted to Nymja at the end of each season.
Ground Rules
To maintain the integrity and trust of the NSL framework, all participants must adhere to these rules:
1. Follow the Nym Code of Conduct
Create a welcoming and collaborative environment
2. No Cheating
Avoid exploits, multiple accounts, or any activity that undermines fairness.
3. Avoid Spreading FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt)
Criticism should be constructive, not disruptive, and align with Nym’s mission to bring privacy to all.
